
Young Lee

Young Woo Lee is the Deputy Chief of the Labor Bureau at the New York State Office of the Attorney General, which defends labor standards in low-wage industries by aggressively enforcing worker-protection laws.
Prior to joining the OAG, Lee was the Director of the Employment Law Unit at The Legal Aid Society which advocates on the behalf of low-wage workers in New York City, he worked in the Housing Unit in The Legal Society Bronx Neighborhood Office where he focused on tenants’ rights, and he worked in The Legal Aid Society’s Sandy Disaster Relief Unit. Lee received his BA in political science/history from New College of Florida and his JD from New York University School of Law.
