Maggie Drucker is currently the Chief Legal Officer of Grubhub. Maggie has been at Grubhub for 12 years and oversaw the Seamless/Grubhub merger, the IPO of Grubhub and the sale of Grubhub to JustEat Takeaway. Prior to Grubhub, Maggie was in-house at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, The New York Times Company, and Simon & Schuster. Maggie was a law clerk for Hon. Denis Hurley in the Eastern District of New York. Maggie attended NYU Law School, where she graduated summa cum laude, was Order of the Coif and was Note and Comment Editor on the NYU Law Review. Maggie attended Brown University for undergrad.
