Grace Zhou

Grace Zhou is an Assistant Solicitor General in the Office of the New York State Attorney General. Before that, she served in the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Division, Federal Programs Branch. In these roles, Grace briefed and argued multiple cases in state and federal court, including briefing an original action before the U.S. Supreme Court. She has handled matters across a wide range of subject matters, ranging from the First Amendment to administrative law and immigration policy. 

Grace was a law clerk to Judge Sandra L. Lynch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and Judge Randolph D. Moss of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She graduated in 2017 from Stanford Law School, where she served on the Executive Board of the Stanford Law Review and Kirkwood Moot Court Program. She graduated in 2013 from Duke University.
