Brandon is an Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. Previously, Brandon was a litigation associate in the New York office of O'Melveny & Myers, a law clerk to the Honorable Karen Nelson Moore of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and to the Honorable Raymond A. Jackson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. 

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Brandon served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law, President of the Trial Advocacy Team, and a member of the Supreme Court Clinic. During law school, Brandon interned for the Honorable Nicholas G. Garaufis of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Brandon earned his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and has a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Brandon is passionate about legal education and has served since 2014 as a Director of the American Mock Trial Association and was the organization's president from 2020 through 2022. Brandon has coached mock trial at the high school, college, and law school levels and served as head college mock trial coach at the College of William & Mary and Washington University in St. Louis, and as a coach at the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University.
