Any student planning on working in public interest after graduation is strongly encouraged to attend this session about the Skadden Foundation Fellowship, which supports public interest work with a host organization. Kathleen Rubenstein, executive director of the Skadden Fellowship Program, will provide valuable information about the fellowship, its project requirements, and the application process. She will be joined by a Columbia alum who will talk about their experience as a Skadden Fellow. There will be a Q and A, so bring at least one good question! Skadden applications are due in September 2025. You are eligible to apply if you will be a 3L or a judicial clerk at that time. Learn more.
Lunch provided—register five days ahead to prevent food waste. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options will be available. If you have other dietary restrictions, email us at least five days in advance.
