Section Description

This course will provide participants with an opportunity to explore the doctrine and policy debates of remedies. This seminar will look at remedies in seven different legal contexts: Supreme Court Emergency Docket, Immunity, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Severability, Election Law, and Criminal Law. The seminar will draw from the expertise of professors within the law school by inviting different scholars to lead discussions on a specific topic each week.
