Section Description
This course examines the major components of federal antitrust law, including agreements between rivals, "vertical" agreements between producers of complementary goods and services, unilateral actions taken by dominant firms, and mergers. We will pay particular attention to the ways in which new technology challenges the application of traditional antitrust principles, and we will examine the application of antitrust to labor markets and financial markets.
