Victor P. Goldberg is the Jerome L. Greene Professor Emeritus of Transactional Law at Columbia Law School.  He joined the faculty in 1988, and became emeritus July 2018.  His legal interests include law and economics, antitrust, regulation, and contracts.

Goldberg has taught courses at several universities, including Northwestern University Law School; University of California, Davis; University of Virginia; University of California, Berkeley, School of Law; and Washington University in St. Louis.

He was a fellow for the Center for the Study of Public Choice from 1975 to 1976; a member of the Institute for Advanced Study from 1978 to 1979; and a law and economics fellow at the University of Chicago in 1984.

Goldberg has written numerous articles on law and economics issues.
